Crown Estates

The two photographs show the installation of a parking system for The Crown Estates at Savill Gardens in Windsor Great Park. As part of the project we had to supply and install an electricity distribution board with individual circuits for each item of equipment.

Civil work included forming the kerbed, central island and preparation of the reinforced concrete foundation pits for the rising kerbs. We also excavated a large soakaway adjacent to the entry lane to deal with excess water from the rising kerb pits.

As part of the installation package we also supplied and installed both the equipment island lighting column and the entry lane sign gantry. Entrance to the gardens was by ticket issue or pass card insertion. Exit was by pass card, payment of a fixed fee or token.
